Natalie founded The Mindful Mama Collective after her own experience with new motherhood was filled with challenges she wasn't entirely prepared to face. She felt called to create this space for mamas to support, guide, and learn from them. A lawyer turned fashion writer turned social media strategist and blogger, she has always felt called to serve others through her writing and feels honored to have you hold this space for her and to hold space for her readers.
She is a mama to her daughter, Lillian Juliette, and a stay at home working mom. She and her family are currently residing in Florida, but still consider Philly home, too. When she's not chasing around her wild toddler, she's writing, taking photographs, playing at the beach, meditating, listening to Trevor Hall, reading Gabby Bernstein's books, slathering herself with essential oils, cooking healthy-ish foods, finding ways to live a more clean and green existence, daydreaming about her next trip to Provence, and laughing with her husband.
