Parent Support Sessions
Parenting a child with intense emotions or neurodivergent needs can feel overwhelming, especially when usual advice doesn’t seem to help. These one-to-one online sessions offer a calm, non-judgemental space to talk through what is happening for your child and explore practical ways forward that feel manageable in everyday life. The focus is not on “fixing” your child, but on understanding their needs and reducing stress for the whole family.
