Cancellation & Refund Policy Memberships & Subscriptions
All memberships and subscriptions are non-refundable. Once purchased, you will continue to receive access and benefits until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for early cancellation.
Digital Products & Printables:
All digital products, including planners, workbooks, and journals, are non-refundable. Once purchased and delivered, the product is considered fulfilled and cannot be returned.
Physical Products (if applicable)Physical items may be eligible for exchange or replacement if faulty or damaged during shipping.
Please contact themindfulmamacollective@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your item with evidence of the issue.
No refunds will be issued for a change of mind.

Delivery & Returns
Delivery Digital products (PDFs) will be available within 24 hours of purchase.
Physical products are processed and dispatched within 5–7 working days.
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the nature of digital products, PDFs are non-refundable.
For physical products, exchanges are offered where appropriate.
Refunds are available for books and journals only if returned in unused, resalable condition.
Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and checked.
Refunds are at the discretion of the seller.
