This 4-week programme is designed to help you understand what’s really going on underneath your child’s behaviour, and how to respond in a way that actually works in real life.

Rather than focusing on quick fixes or reactions, we start by looking at how ADHD affects your child’s thinking, emotions, and ability to respond. From there, you’ll learn how to put a simple structure in place so your child knows what to do without constant prompting.

Each week, you’ll be guided step by step through what matters most,  with a 1-hour session where we focus on your home, your child, and your challenges.

You’ll also be supported with books, resources, and tools that help your child begin recognising what’s happening internally, while building consistency and emotional understanding over time.

This is not about doing more.

It’s about understanding more, so things start to feel calmer, clearer, and more manageable at home.
