Stage 2 — Recognising Feelings

A 30-day guided journal created to support young children as they begin to recognise their feelings and make simple connections with their own experiences.

Building on the first stage of noticing, children are encouraged to use colour to represent how their feelings feel to them, giving them another way to explore and communicate their internal experiences.

Through simple activities featuring Bentley and Casper, children have regular opportunities to notice, explore and gradually develop greater awareness of their feelings in their own way.

Designed for children aged 2–7 and suitable for use at home.
