Stage 3 — Noticing How Big Feelings Feel

A 30-day guided journal created to support young children as they begin to notice that their feelings can feel different in size and intensity.

Building on noticing and recognising their feelings, children are encouraged to explore whether what they are experiencing feels small, bigger or somewhere in between.

Through simple activities featuring Bentley and Casper, children can use colour and Casper’s tummy to represent how big their feelings feel to them, without needing to find the right words or explain why.

Designed for children aged 2–7 and suitable for use at home.
