Stage 4 — Finding Words for Feelings

A 30-day guided journal created to support young children as they begin to find words for their feelings and notice how big those feelings feel.

Building on earlier emotional awareness, this stage introduces simple feeling words alongside a Feelings Thermometer, helping children begin connecting their own experiences with language.

Through simple activities featuring Bentley and Casper, children can explore their feelings in their own way, using the thermometer, words, drawing and colour to help communicate what they are experiencing.

Designed for children aged 2–7 and suitable for use at home.
